A story about taking the future into your own hands. We helped them tackle their transfer pricing challenges in-house. No need to rely on expensive alternatives.
What’s the story behind it, and how did it all come together? You’ll find out right here!
This company is a leading HR provider based in Belgium. The group consists of eleven companies and represents over 50 brands, with a strong focus on Engineering & Consulting and Specialized Talent Solutions.
They had received documentation from an advisor, but wanted to take that process and scale it up, way up, and at a lower cost. The best way to do that? Bring it in-house, of course!
Could this process be done efficiently? With Coperitas, it could.
They came to us with a Local File created by their advisor. It was slightly outdated, but nothing a few tweaks couldn’t fix. The bigger challenge? Scaling it across all their entities.
And they wanted to handle the process themselves using Coperitas. That way, they’d keep things cost-efficient and stay in full control when it came time to review or update the content.
With a clear vision and a bigger goal of independence in mind, they broke it down into three key objectives:
Primary Objective
Update the existing Local File template for future use.
Secondary Objective
Internally create and review documentation for current and upcoming entities.
Third Objective
Keep the whole process cost-efficient!
They already had a head start with an existing document. Here’s how we tackled the project:
After wrapping up the project, they were fully equipped to manage their transfer pricing documentation independently, efficiently, accurately, and at a lower cost. Together, we achieved results that directly aligned with their goals:
We’re happy to say: mission accomplished!
They now have everything they need to create their documentation independently. And of course, if they ever need a hand, we’re just a call away.
